Terms and Conditions
Rates/Tariffs
All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars.
All tariffs include a full cooked breakfast and include a
selection of teas, coffee and biscuits in rooms and
afternoon tea and coffee on arrival.
With more than two people in a room there is additional
charge of $40.00 extra per adult
each per night
Number of Guests Per Room
Each Room can accommodate 2 people, an additional single bed
is available by arrangement in the Bromfield, Hope and
Edmundson rooms.
Deposits & Full Payments
To secure the booking , a 50% deposit of the total
reservation amount must be paid by credit card as per rates
and bookings procedure set out in the automatic booking
facility or if cheque/cash is the preferred method then as
required by the proprietor but in any event no later than
three days after the making of any reservation.
Elliminook accepts Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. A merchant fee surcharge of 3.5% is
charged for Diners and American Express.
Cancellation & Refunds
The deposit is refundable less $40 administration fee if
cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the arrival
date.
All cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival date may
be applied to another date subject to conditions and
availability.
In the event of any cancellation ( for any reason )
occurring within 14 days of the arrival date, the deposit
amount paid will be forfeited, but may be refunded less a
$40.00 administration fee if the cancelled accommodation is
subsequently re-sold to another guest. Further, no shows or
any cancellations notified within 2days of the booked
arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit paid.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check in time is ……3.00pm on day of arrival
Check out time is …..11.00am on day of departure
Smoking
Elliminook is a smoke free venue.
Pets
Unfortunately Elliminook cannot accommodate pets.
